We’re seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a growing Independent Financial Advisory firm near St Albans. Ideal for a recent Business or IT graduate, this role offers hands-on experience across data reporting, marketing support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and analyse adviser performance data
Generate reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
Track new leads and support marketing insight
Assist operations manager (Adam) with business reporting
Liaise with external IT support and assist with internal systems

What You’ll Need

Strong Excel and data handling skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and organisation
Degree in IT, Business, or related field
Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week during training
