The Business is block management, ground rents and property investment. Joining a small, busy Accounts Team. Excel is required, reconciliation and processing experience is preferred.
The job is as follows.
1/ Creating service charge budgets for blocks of flats
2/ Raising ground rent and service charge demands
3/ Responding to leaseholder account enquires by email and phone.
4/ Credit control - chasing arrears
5/ Some bank reconciliations
6/ Placing utility contracts for buildings managed.
Also a project to roll out smart meters to all blocks, and the management thereof
