I am looking for an Electrician to work in St Albans and the surrounding areas for an established social housing contractor. The candidates will be working within both tenanted and void domestic properties and have a van provided upon start.

In return, the Electrician will receive:

26 per hour (CIS payments available) Company van and fuel card
Longer term work with the opportunity to go permanent if desired
Permanent salary 42,000+

As the Electrician, you will be:

Low energy lighting, extractor fans, storage
Small rewiring for kitchen
Liaise with home occupants and tenants

I am looking to speak to an Electrician who:

Hold an AM2
Hold 18th Edition and 2391
Have experience working within occupied homes
