The company is a maintenance division of a group of M&E companies with a turnover of approximately £100 million, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial M&E services.
The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services in commercial office spaces, data centers, and gyms across areas from Milton Keynes to North & East London, Kent, and Crawley.
Responsibilities also include small electrical installations such as moving sockets and replacing lighting, as well as first line mechanical maintenance tasks like AHUs, FCUs, and general plumbing.
Candidates must be fully qualified electricians with either C&G 2391 or 2394/5 certification and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
The basic salary for a 40-hour work week is £44,990, with additional travel pay and overtime rates, leading to an equivalent annual salary of £61,861 for 50 hours per week.

The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for commercial office space, data centres and gyms between, Milton Keynes, North & East London to Kent and Crawley.
You will also carry out small electrical installations, (moving sockets, replacing lighting) andfirst line mechanical maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing, filter changes and tap temps.

The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician WITHC&G 2391 or 2394/5.

The Salary:

Basic for 40 hours - 44,990 with door to door travel paid at time and a half after 8 hours.
23 days holiday + 4%/4%pension
O/T rates of x 1.5 (32.45) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (43.26) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week equates to61,861 as all travel is paid.
