- Producing monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Reviewing the Full Year Forecast with Budget Mangers and revising as needed Supporting Service Managers and Heads of Service to provide action-oriented commentary in Chief Executive’s monthly Board report
- Highlighting risk of overspend and income shortfalls to avoid financial problems going undetected
- Providing financial information, analysis and recommendations to areas in order to enable management to make financially sound business decisions
- AAT Qualified as a minimum
- Experience at management accounting is essential with Local Authority experience preferred Â
- High level Excel skills including VLookup, SumIf and Pivot Tables.
- Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
