Assistant Accounts Manager

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, keen and enthusiastic Assistant Accounts Manager to join a vibrant organisation where in return for dedication and hard work there will be the chance to progress.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of the accounts and finance function
- Managing with the purchase ledger function and processing supplier weekly payments
- Raising sales invoices, recording payments received on client accounts and reconciling payments
- Helping with the credit control function and chasing overdue client accounts when needed
- Checking employee expense claims and processing for payment on monthly basis
- Working with the Accounts Manager at the month-end to complete debtor/creditor reconciliations
