Writing and maintaining procedure documents for internal reporting and board packs.You’ll be someone who enjoys getting into the detail, refining processes, and creating order and clarity within finance operations.Key Responsibilities:?? Management ReportingDeliver monthly management accountsRefine internal reporting and contribute to board packsDraft clear, insightful commentary and visuals?? Audit & Financial OversightSupport audit queries and documentationReview outputs like VAT, capital and statutory accounts?? Procedure Writing & DocumentationCreate user-friendly process notes and finance guidesReduce key-person risk by documenting key workflows?? Systems & Process SupportUse Excel (Power Query a plus) to improve reporting and streamline recurring reports and reconciliations?? General Finance SupportWork closely with the FD and wider teamSupport operational finance tasks and ad hoc needsWhat We're Looking For:??
