Based in St Albans/Hatfield, offering a competitive daily rate of 200 - 250 for a talented and driven Bid Coordinator to support a successful bidding team.

Your key duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the bid management team throughout the entire bid lifecycle.
  • Managing and maintaining bid documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including arranging meetings, distributing information, and tracking responses.
  • Reading ITT's.
  • Maintaining bid portals and shared drives, ensuring information is well-organised and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with the collation and formatting of bid submissions, including presentations and supporting documents.
  • Tracking bid progress and deadlines, proactively chasing inputs from various team members.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of bid library materials and templates.
  • Assisting with post-bid activities, including feedback analysis and lessons learned.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or rail sectors.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using online collaboration tools and document management systems.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to the success of our bid team.

While not essential, experience with bid management software or processes would be advantageous.
