An exciting opportunity to work for an established business in the professional services industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in facilities and administration support and must be available to commence work on an immediate basis.Key Responsibilities: Undertaking regular stock takes of stationary, catering supplies, hygiene products etcKeeping the coffee machines clean and provisioned and acting as the first point of contact for any faults or engineer visitsMaintaining office printers ensuring they are stocked with paper and ink Monitoring the departments inbox and respond to or deal with enquiries Assisting with Office moves, and workstation set upsEnsuring the building is kept clean and tidyWorking closely with receptionists and covering when neededEnsuring client areas and meeting rooms are properly provisionedReserve parking spacesRunning weekly fire alarm tests. Assisting in setting the annual IT budgetLine management of the in-house IT team

Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role Good admin skillsProficient user of MS Office suite Available for work on an immediate basis
