You will develop improved ways of working within your team to enhance existing contractual arrangements, data management, reporting functionality, transparency of the service, customer engagement and support the Councils strategic objectives. The role will assist on delivery of the Councils asset management strategy, procurement, budget management and be fundamental in driving change within the team to meet the needs and requirements of a modern social housing provider. The role will be key in providing technical advice and implementing change.About you:Candidates will have a degree-level qualification and/or membership in a professional body in Construction or a Health & Safety discipline.
