Key Areas of Responsibility- General administrative support across a range of people-related processes
- Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assistance with internal communications and scheduling
- Support with recruitment logistics and documentation
- Maintenance of internal systems and records
- Involvement in training coordination and compliance tracking
- Contribution to ad hoc projects and team initiatives
- Solid administrative experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using standard office software and systems
- A HR qualification (i.e. CIPD) would be highly desirable
