The team is known for handling complex insolvency disputes, large-scale corporate restructurings, and advisory work, often receiving high-quality referrals from national and London-based practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will:? Manage all aspects of corporate insolvency, including administration appointments, court applications, and advising insolvency practitioners, lenders and directors? Handle personal insolvency matters and insolvency-related litigation? Deal with property transactions arising out of insolvency? Take new client enquiries and build strong, lasting relationships? Provide support and guidance to junior team members? Maintain control of your caseload and ensure high standards of matter management and client care? Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer work to other teams? Attend networking events and help develop marketing strategies for your area of expertise? Stay up to date with developments in insolvency law and share your knowledge within the team

About You:

? A minimum of 2 years’ solid insolvency experience in private practice? A client-focused approach and a reputation for delivering exceptional service? A pragmatic, commercial outlook with strong problem-solving skills? The ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters effectively? High IT literacy and confidence working with modern legal technology? Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal? The confidence to build relationships with clients, colleagues and intermediaries? A professional appearance and a positive, collaborative attitude
