Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and provide exceptional client onboarding and compliance support. The role involves handling file openings and closures, as well as managing new client enquiries across the Property and Private Client teams, ensuring adherence to the firm’s compliance standards and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Experience:Previous experience in office administration or legal secretarial roles is essential.Familiarity with working to tight deadlines and inputting data into systems.Experience with practice management systems is advantageous.Knowledge of law firm compliance procedures is desirable.Key Responsibilities:Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure compliance measures and audit standards align with firm policies and procedures.Client Onboarding: Manage client onboarding, including ID verification, data entry, generating client letters, and completing AML and conflict checks.File Management & Support: Complete file openings, maintain client databases, and respond to queries promptly.Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, or in-person, handling document releases, enquiries, and new client matters.File Closures: Close electronic and physical files following firm procedures and best practices.Private Client Department Support: Provide administrative support to the Private Client department and assist the broader team.Benefits:Holiday: 25 days + bankPension schemeParking on siteEmployee Assistance Programme.Health cashbackCareer progression and training.
