One of our clients is looking for someone to join their growing organisation who will enjoy a varied role.
Day to day duties include.
- Managing residential conveyancing files
- Issuing sale contracts - registered and unregistered
- Dealing with enquiries
- Drafting replies
- Drafting and negotiating contract clauses
- Dealing with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently.
- Co-ordinate related sale and purchase transactions
