Salary: 42,000 - 48,000

A design-led, highly regarded architecture studio in St Albans is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing team. Role

  • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and technical precision

  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the practice

  • Collaborate with directors on project strategy, detailing, and execution



Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with significant UK practice experience

  • Strong design and technical skills across all RIBA work stages

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign

  • Experience working on large-volume residential schemes

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills

  • Proactive team player with a solutions-driven mindset
