Are you a heating installation engineer with experience working in the building services industry, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a company that cares about your career progression and will continuously reinvest in developing your skillset?
This company have been established for over 70 years, providing industry leading building services to the health sector and beyond. They are experts in the design, installation and maintenance of a range of services, from boilers and plumbing to drainage and duct work. Working on major projects throughout London, they head up multi-million pound hospital servicing projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of fitter and welders, along with having the expertise to oversee and assist in the installation of all of the HVAC systems throughout multiple projects. You will be appointed a primary project to supervise and assist on a handful of other projects when required too. You will be overseeing the installation and maintenance of pipework and heating systems.
This role would suit any heating installation engineer with experience leading a team of engineers in the building services industry, looking for an exciting opportunity to progress their career and learn new skills through in-house training and development.
The role:
- Oversee and coordinate the installation of plumbing and heating systems
- Manage a team of technicians to install and troubleshoot heating system issues
- Consult with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Fill out and process any paperwork relating to the installation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems
The person:
- Experience in a heating/plumbing engineer role
- Full UK driving licence
