Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Deputy Manager to join our busy and well-established branch near St Albans. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of the branch's domiciliary care services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, maintaining the highest quality of care.
- Support in the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
- Conduct assessments and reviews of care packages.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Implement and monitor care plans to meet individual client needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong experience within the domiciliary care sector.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be a car driver with a valid license.
