Estate Agent/Lettings Negotiate
£20,000 + OTE
Our client is looking for a passionate and driven individual who is able to secure new business opportunities without supervision, build and maintain excellent client relationships, self-motivated, well-polished / groomed and immaculate communication skills; both written and verbal.
They also require the successful individual to have Lettings and/or Sales experience and a full UK driving licence. Good local area knowledge is an advantage, however, is not essential.
As the Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be required to arrange viewings on properties, conduct viewings, canvass for new business and negotiate and close business.
