- Excellent local knowledge of Hertfordshire
- A proven track record in winning business and working with high-value homes
- Conduct multiple market appraisals each day
- Deliver expert market advice and tailored property marketing strategies
- Win instructions and convert appraisals into listings
- Nurture trusted relationships with clients and buyers
- Oversee the sales process through to the agreed sale stage before handing over to the progression team
- Contribute to increasing market share and maintaining a premium reputation

- Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): Up to £65,000
