The role will support the company accountant with both finance and office admin tasks.About the Role:This is a varied role supporting both finance and general office administration. You’ll play a key part in keeping the financial operations running smoothly and ensuring the day-to-day office tasks are under control.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconciling bank accounts for 2 main entities
  • Supplier reconciliations both aged and going forward
  • Utility company invoice reconciliations
  • Processing supplier payments
  • General office admin and support tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in finance or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident with Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Friendly, can-do attitude
