An Outstanding secondary school in St Albans is looking for a dedicated English Teacher to join their team.
You'll be joining a highly supportive department with excellent results, modern facilities, and an inspiring leadership team.
The role:
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available if desired)
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
A passion for literature, language, and helping students reach their potential
Details:
Location: St Albans
Start: January 2026 (or sooner)
Pay: 150-250 per day (dependent on experience and pay scale)
