The Role:

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who have additional learning needs. These roles involve working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support, promote engagement, and help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties

- Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources where needed

- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being

- Helping to monitor progress and contribute to IEPs and EHCPs

- Providing support during lessons, break times, and transitions

What We're Looking For:

- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN

- A calm, flexible, and patient approach
