My client is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Swim Manager to implement the swimming strategy at their site.
The ideal candidate will need strong leadership qualities, supervisory experience, and the ability to form strong relationships with the swimming team and sporting partners.
This role requires a focus on high customer service standards and a results-driven attitude, with responsibilities including delivery, development, and commercial growth of swimming.
Candidates should expect to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, and a DBS check is required prior to starting.

We need a Swim Manager who will:

• Have the ability to form strong working relationships with both the swimming team and our sporting partners.

• Have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team

• Be focused on high customer service standards

• Have strong leadership qualities and have supervisory experience

• Have a results driven attitude

You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends. A DBS check will also be required prior to starting.
