Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their culinary career to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced chefs in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The successful candidate will support daily food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, and gain hands-on experience across all kitchen sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes to recipe and quality standards.
  • Support the smooth running of kitchen operations during service.
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning.
  • Keep kitchen work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene regulations.
  • Learn and rotate through different kitchen sections under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Follow instructions precisely and be open to feedback and training.
  • Maintain stock rotation and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene practices at all times.

Requirements
