What Youll Be Doing:- Leading and motivating a team of bartenders
- Overseeing bar service
- Supporting floor operations including table service and guest engagement
- Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues during shifts
- Ensuring a seamless experience forVIPs & celebrities
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles
- Strongbar skills confident in drink prep, service, and bar management
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Calm, professional presence in high-pressure environments
- Availabilitybetween25th Sept and 7th Oct(day and evening shifts available)
- Be part of aprestigious venue launchwith high visibility

Pay rate is £15.52/hour for bar supervisors (£12.42/hr base rate + £3.10/hr holiday pay) however we do also have bartender roles available if your experience matches this.
