Operations Administrator – 12-month Temporary Contract – £12.78 - £13.84 per hour

7.30am – 3.30 pm or 8am – 4pm = 37.50 Hour Week - Mon to Fri - Office Based role – Weekly Paid - Free Parking

This is an ideal role for someone who likes to be kept busy, variation, and enjoys both Administration and Finance. This is a key role as the Admin support for Operations where working as part of a Team is crucial to the success of the team.

To support the Manager and Team on a daily basis, providing various Admin duties, such as keeping up to date:

  • Induction Information for New Starters
  • Training Certificates
  • Health & Safety records
  • Ad Hoc H&S checks within the offices
  • Environmental Data
  • Management reporting
  • Audit information updated
  • Invoice Queries
  • Monthly Financial Reports
  • Attend meetings, take notes for minutes

Skills required

  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel using Templates and also have ability to create formulas for Templates
  • Ability to use various systems including, management and Audit reporting (will train)
  • Strong communicator with management, colleagues, customers and clients, written and verbal
