Tradewind Recruitment are working with a school in the St Austell area who are looking for a Family Engagement Coordinator. This role is a full-time, permanent position, so applicants should ensure they are available 09:00 - 16:00, Monday - Friday.

We are looking for someone with a strong administration background, and who is passionate about working within an education setting.

You will be required to build excellent relationships with the families of the students within the school. You will be responsible for communicating progress through meetings and telephone calls and provide written updates. Part of the role will include organising and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and organising information evenings. In addition to working closely with families, you will also work alongside the safeguarding team. The successful candidate will receive training and support.

  • Fantastic relationship building skills
  • An empathetic and compassionate approach
  • A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)
  • Confidence with IT
