This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to grow their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the HR Manager with a variety of administrative tasks
Minute-taking during HR meetings
Drafting and formatting HR-related documents and correspondence
Supporting internal recruitment processes
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring policies are followed
What We're Looking For:
A proactive and organised approach
Genuine interest in Human Resources
Strong communication and IT skills
Confidence in handling sensitive information
Passion for following procedures and getting things right
Whether youre early in your HR journey or bring experience at a more senior level, wed love to hear from you.
If youre currently working atHR Advisor leveland hold aCIPD Level 3 qualification, your experience would also be of great interest and considered at anenhanced rate.
Full Time hours 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available)
Weekly pay + Holiday accrual
