Are you a Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career?We're working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected independent planning consultancy to recruit experienced Associate or Principal Planners for their growing teams in Cornwall and Hampshire.

About the Opportunity:Due to continued growth and strong client demand, our client is looking for commercially aware and ambitious planners to lead projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development. These roles are ideal for planners seeking more autonomy and visibility within a consultancy that genuinely values collaboration and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a wide range of planning projects from inception to completion

Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeal submissions

Represent clients at committee meetings, appeals, and public consultations

Provide mentorship to junior team members

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Contribute to business development and team growth

What The Company Are Looking For:

MRTPI Chartered Town Planner

Proven experience in a private consultancy or similar environment

Strong understanding of the UK planning system across a variety of sectors

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

A commercial mindset and motivation to grow your portfolio

Full driving licence (exceptions considered)
