About the Role:As a key member of the Safeguarding Adults Team, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to safeguarding concerns, supporting adults at risk, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure safety and promote wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safeguarding assessments and investigations in line with statutory guidance
Develop safeguarding plans and ensure their effective implementation
Advocate for adults at risk, promoting their rights and choices
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies
Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding reviews and case conferences

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation
