About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a team in Cornwall. The role involves providing comprehensive social work services to adults, ensuring their well-being and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will focus on initial contact and assessment work to gather information and determine the most appropriate next steps using a solutions-focused approach. Responsibilities include providing information and advice, responding to Safeguarding Concerns, signposting, connecting to other agencies, working closely with the voluntary sector, progressing to reablement, or undertaking an assessment. The goal is to maximize independence and wellbeing through social care and Occupational Therapy (OT) pathways.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
