Administrative Assistant - Sage 50?? Location: St Helens?? Full-Time | Competitive Salary (DOE)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with solid Sage 50 to support both our accounting and office operations.

Key Responsibilities?? Accounting & Sage 50:

  • Maintain accurate records: A/P, A/R, general ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve queries
  • Process invoices and manage vendor accounts
  • Assist with basic financial reports and analysis

??? Administrative Support:

  • Logistic reporting weekly.
  • Data Entry on CRM system
  • Liaise with external parties to organise deliveries and collections from external suppliers.

?? Other:

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks across departments

What You’ll Need? Proficiency in Sage 50 & general accounting software? Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm, 1 hour lunch break, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
