Job role: Fire Project Manager
Package: 12 month contract, £65,000 p/a, mileage, overtime
Location: North West England

Our client are a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they're looking for dedicated Fire Project Manager in the Liverpool and Warrington area to work projects involving fire safety upgrades or remedial works.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Interpreting fire safety survey reports and identifying non-compliance.
- Writing clear, concise, and technically accurate specifications for fire door and compartmentation remedial works.
- Accurately measuring and costing remedial works, including preparing estimates and tender documentation.
- Managing construction projects from planning to contract administration.
We're Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Membership (or working towards) of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB)
- DIPFD - Diploma in Fire Door Inspection and FSIDIP - Fire Stopping Inspection Diploma
- Proven experience in project management and cost management within a construction context
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
