Description
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge through provided training to offer the best possible advice.
Profile
A successful Internal Sales Representative should have:
Essential:
- Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
Desirable:
- A second language - French is a strong advantage
- Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing
- Familiarity with CRM systems
