We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded professional to take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and control project costs, ensuring contracts are delivered on budget and to agreed financial targets.

  • Manage and review cost plans at handover, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency.

  • Lead and contribute to internal contract meetings, providing progress updates and actionable insights.

  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers to achieve best value and strengthen commercial outcomes.

  • Drive the delivery of service centre margins and profitability targets.

  • Prepare and maintain Health & Safety documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation.

  • Oversee service reviews, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

About You

  • Proven track record in contracts management, with excellent commercial and financial acumen.

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and effective site set up.

  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence, resolve issues and build trusted relationships.

  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Roofing knowledge/experience across multiple systems (advantageous but not essential).

  • Ideally SMSTS qualified.
