This role is to start in the autumn term and is full-time / term time only. Your new company. You will be expected to immerse yourself in up-and-coming community extracurricular events and strengthen existing community relationships. Your new role will include supporting pupils in KS2 in year 4 and 5 as they prepare for Sats assessments. You may be required to take small groups outside the classroom for intervention work and provide support throughout the year in assessments and bridging curriculum gaps. You will be engaging in and monitoring behaviour in a variety of ways and adhere to school policies. You will be ensuring pupil engagement and use / provide resource materials to suit attainment needs. What you will need to succeed.
