About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians to join our client's team in St Helens, working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for long-term work with a respected organisation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Perform electrical installations, testing, and fault-finding to a high standard.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Work collaboratively with the responsive repairs team to ensure timely project completion.
  • Use a PDA to record accurate job details and progress updates.
  • Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies.
  • Utilise IT and communication tools for effective reporting and coordination.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 18th Edition qualification (essential)
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection certification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • AM2 qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Clean-shaven (for face-fit requirements)
