Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.
They are now recruiting for a multi skilled joiner to join their repairs and maintenance team.
Rate: 19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA
Your Duties will include:
- Responding to reactive maintenance needs / repairs by appointment
- Carry out multi - trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
- Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties
Requirements:
- NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
- Basic Plumbing, plastering, tiling etc
- Have substantial experience in joinery, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- CSCS card desirable
- Obtain good customer care skills
