Transport Operator- St Helens

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Operator to join our team in St Helens. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily transport operations, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring deliveries to achieve cost-effective and timely results.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will work closely with drivers and the wider team to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Transport Operator - Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices.
• Experience and knowledge of the Pallet Network is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Transport Planner Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices.
• Experience and knowledge of the Pallet Network is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Transport Operator Remunerations:

• Salary 30,000
• Standard holiday + Bank holidays
• Mon - Fri 10 hour shifts
• Saturday AM shift requires once in 8 weeks.
• Company pension
