Their commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the Law Society Lexcel Accreditation, as well as being accredited members of the Law Society in Conveyancing Quality.They have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent to join their Private Client department in the centre of St Helens.  This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a reputable firm and contribute to its continued success in Private Client law.The new Private Client Fee Earner will have:
  • Expertise in LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts
  • The ability to draft wills, including the establishment of will trusts
  • Knowledge of inheritance tax (IHT) requirements and the capacity to advise clients on estate planning
  • Familiarity with conveyancing, particularly as it relates to probate matters, such as severance of joint tenancy and assents
  • Proficiency in using case management software (Proclaim) and Word
  • Efficient time management, with the ability to handle client meetings, manage case files, and oversee correspondence to a high standard
  • A willingness to network and generate new business opportunities
