About the OpportunityA respected and growing law firm in St Helens is looking for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join their supportive and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in family law to take ownership of a varied caseload and make a meaningful impact.
Your Role Will Include:- Managing cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
- Advising on child arrangements and parental disputes
- Handling TOLATA matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Representing clients in court when required
- Delivering clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal
- Strong background in family law
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
- A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)
