Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Development Tutor to join a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.
This is a full-time, temporary position offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pastoral support to a caseload of students, helping them to navigate their personal development journey throughout their time at college.
* Develop effective partnerships with subject teachers, parents/carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students.
* Monitor student progress, including academic performance, attendance, next steps planning, and overall personal development.
* Conduct group and one-to-one tutorials to review progress against targets and offer guidance on overcoming challenges.
* Signpost students to a range of services and support available through the College, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to succeed.
* Help students build resilience, self-confidence, and future aspirations by providing tailored guidance and motivation.

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a pastoral support role or within a student-facing environment is essential.
* A strong understanding of personal development principles and their impact on students success.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external partners.
* A commitment to student welfare and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

A DBS is also needed for the role.
