The RoleThis is a brilliant opportunity to step into a flexible and well-supported locum role in a highly regarded NHS trust. You’ll be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services across general medical and surgical wards, with the possibility of working in ICU depending on your experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting medication reviews and supporting prescribing decisions

  • Providing expert guidance to ward staff and clinicians

  • Monitoring treatment plans and ensuring safe, evidence-based care

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

What You NeedWe’re looking for a motivated pharmacist who brings strong NHS hospital experience and a passion for patient-centred care.

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

  • Previous hospital ward-based experience is essential

  • Confidence in managing a varied clinical caseload

  • Strong communication and team-working skills

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
