Our client, a leading name in fire safety solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With exciting projects underway, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality fire protection services.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and project finances across fire protection installations. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing estimates, tenders, and contract documents

  • Monitoring project costs and budgets

  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Conducting site visits and valuations

  • Providing accurate financial reports and forecasts

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying (construction or fire protection preferred)

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
