Job Title: Labourer - Social Housing Planned Works
Location: St Helens, UK
Pay Rate: 14.75 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently seeking 3 Labourers to join one of our Social Housing client's team for a social housing planned kitchen & bathroom scheme in St Helens. This role involves working in both tenanted and void properties, assisting with the refurbishment and upgrade of kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Requirements:
- Previous social housing experience is essential
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License (Van & fuel card provided)
- Ability to work efficiently in tenanted and void properties
