You’ll use your professional judgement and deep understanding of legislation to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring the very best outcomes for children.?? What you’ll be doing:
  • Building strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families
  • Leading on assessments and creating tailored care plans
  • Managing a varied caseload with a clear focus on safety, empowerment and sustainable change
  • Collaborating closely with external agencies and integrated early help services
  • Offering guidance and mentorship to students and unqualified staff
  • Championing best practice, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes
?? We’re looking for:
  • A Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience
  • Strong knowledge of child protection, legislation, and statutory responsibilities
  • A collaborative, creative and proactive approach to working with children and families
  • Excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary or interagency environment
? You’ll also need:
  • A recognised Social Work qualification (SW, CSS, DipSW or equivalent)
  • Experience working with looked-after children or within statutory children’s services
  • Confidence managing complex cases with empathy, clarity, and purpose
