Overview:
A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options and specialized training programs.
Our client is a leader in equipment hire and is currently undergoing remarkable growth. As a Hire Controller, you will be supporting the depot manager and working close with the sales team, completing hire transactions, and following up with admin duties.
What do I need?
- Prior experience working on the Hire Desks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
- Day to day management of the Hire Desk
- Processing admin enquiries
- Negotiating hire rates
