Do you have experience of supporting a sales and customer service function?

Our super client, with offices based in St Ives are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis owing to an internal promotion, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and an earlier finish at 4.30 on a Friday.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:-

  • Processing detailed customer orders on company system
  • Arranging shipments and ensuring best prices are negotiated
  • Supporting a busy sales team with general administration and queries.
  • Checking stock levels
  • Keeping accurate records and spreadsheets
  • Supporting administration and other ad-hoc duties.

Skills required

To be considered for the role of Sales Administrator, it is essential that you have:-

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • You will also have a good level of PC literacy including use of Excel
  • Own transport is required due to location

In return our client is offering a starting salary of £23,492 plus pension, on-site parking, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, life insurance and more.
