What Youll Be Doing:
Leading shifts with confidence, energy, and professionalism
Supporting and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and customer experience
Managing cash, stock, and shift reports efficiently
Handling customer feedback with care and a solutions-focused mindset
Working closely with management to implement new systems, menus, and service standards
