Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
  • Youll lead and constantly improve ITIL-aligned service management processes with a focus on operational stability, scalability, and user satisfaction across facilities and telecoms infrastructure.
  • Youll drive the Change Management process: assess, approve, schedule, and communicate changes with minimal disruption to business-critical systems.
  • Well need you to serve as the escalation point for major service disruptions impacting telecom services, facilities automation systems, or site infrastructure technologies.
  • Youll coordinate with facilities, security, telecoms vendors, and infrastructure teams to manage shared service platforms.
  • Maintain a robust Service CatLog and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent performance across internal and external service providers.
  • Youll chair Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and maintain an authoritative change calendar, aligning changes with facility maintenance windows and operational risk periods.
  • Youll conduct service reviews, trend analysis, and root cause investigations to proactively reduce incidents.
  • Support technology refresh initiatives, system migrations, and vendor transitions.
What youll bring
  • Youll have Service Management, with substantial experience in environments involving telecommunications, building/facility systems, or critical infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks, with demonstrated process ownership across Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Youll have familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., Sales Force, Remedy) and asset/configuration tools (CMDBs).
  • Youll come with vendor management experience across telecom and facilities technology partners.
  • ITIL Expert or Managing Professional certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in compliance-heavy or 24/7 operations (e.g., data centres, call centres, critical facilities) is a plus.
